Free 15-minute discovery conversations.
50-minute assessment and individual sessions are $160.
50-minute couples and family sessions are $180.
Group sessions begin at $240.
All sessions are available online and in person.

Lecturing/ Speaking

Online and in-person classes, and guest speaking lectures as scheduled or by request. Fees quoted per person, via contract or by event.

Spiritual and Theological Mentor

Helping persons within religious traditions, ostracized by a religious institution, or interested in spirituality external to an organized religion, through discerning their beliefs, a chosen pathway, and a desired community.

I work with clients who are struggling with anxiety and depression related to their relationships, work and education, spirituality and religious trauma, sexuality and gender issues, and racial-immigrant and environmental-political concerns. During our initial sessions, we will explore your thoughts and experiences, creating a plan to help you return to strength. I specialize in EMDR, and work with a variety of modalities, including Narrative Therapy, CBT, Person-centred, ACT, and Gottman Couples, interweaving spirituality, the arts, and nature, all within a Biopsychosocial approach.
